Okay, so auction item 3419, assessor ID 5565-020-017, looks to be a parcel that can be built on. It’s a bit less than 6,000 square feet, and zoned for 2 to 3 dwellings. Small in absolute terms, but about average for this neighborhood.
Speaking of which, it’s this neighborhood that makes it interesting – the average home here is well above $1M. Starting bid was $12,221. The winner paid $12,500 for this parcel.
